Guilford County Spreads Kindness

February 12 -18th is recognized as Random Acts of Kindness Week where people all over the world are encouraged to show kindness to demonstrate care and love for others. This year, Guilford County School’s character development team encouraged everyone not to make these acts random, but intentional actions of kindness that will promote a sustainable culture of individuals who display caring actions for every student at every school, every day.

The character development team identified a variety of daily opportunities of kind acts that intentionally support key district initiatives such as good attendance, literacy, positive climate and culture, and career and college readiness.
